The core of Monster Mashup is its unique, procedurally generated card system. Every card you pull is different, with stats that define its performance in production and battles.
Rarity Tiers
There are 5 rarity tiers, each with distinct stat potential and drop rates:

Overlapping Ranges
Monster Mashup uses an overlapping stat system. This means a "God Roll" Common card can actually beat a poorly rolled Uncommon card! This makes every single pack opening exciting.
Monster Attributes
Each monster has three core attributes, rolled independently during generation:
- Cuteness 🎀: Affects performance in beauty contests.
- Scariness 👻: Determines effectiveness in scare-offs.
- Silliness 🤪: Crucial for comedy battles.
Specialization Bonus
Every monster species has a Primary Specialization. During card generation, this specific stat receives a +20% bonus.
Formula:Specialized Stat = Base Roll + (Base Roll * 0.2)
This ensures that cards are always strongest in their intended attribute, giving them a clear role in your team.
